Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, box, seals, and accessories, if applicable.

  • Proof of purchase or order information may be required.

  • Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

Unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective item, we will work with you regarding the return shipping arrangements.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened, used, sealed, or personal-care products may not be eligible for return. Sale or clearance items may also be excluded from returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
